Let the Nurses Swear – Swearmints Giveaway for Healthcare Workers

In April 2020, the United States hit 1,000,000 reported COVID cases. It was one of the scariest months of our lives — and for healthcare workers, it meant fighting a terrifying battle with no end in sight.

The pots and pans have gone silent but we still remember how much essential workers helped us get through those tough times while doing an almost impossible task.

And we still believe laughter is one of the best medicines (sorry, real medicine, you are important too).

So here’s what we’re doing:

👉 We're giving away up to 20 copies of Swearmints to healthcare workers who worked during the pandemic.
👉 These games are meant to live in break rooms, ambulances, nurses' stations — wherever laughter is needed most.
👉 It’s free for them. Just a little thanks from us.

How to Nominate Someone:

• Tag them on our official giveaway posts here on Instagram or Facebook.
  
  
• OR email us their name and contact and a sentence or two about how awesome they are.

Who’s Eligible?

✅ Pharmacists
✅ Anyone who worked directly in healthcare roles during COVID

❗We’ll define this broadly, but we want to focus on healthcare workers. We're not gonna investigate anybody, so we trust you to nominate incredible people who work in the healthcare in the spirit of the giveaway!

FAQ:

• How many games are you giving away? A max of 20. If we get more entires than that we will randomly choose.
  
  
• Do they have to have treated actual COVID patients to be eligible? NO. As long as the nominee worked in healthcare in the few years during the height of the pandemic and was actually there helping people (i.e. not furloughed), than that counts!
  
  
• Can they pick either version of Swearmints? If their co-workers don't mind something a little spicier in the office, sure!
  
  
• Is this giveaway international? US addresses and US-based workplaces only.
  
  
• How long is this open for? No time limit, but once we hit the max given away we'll close nominations.
  
  
• So do they have to have a game night at work or something? Well, the game is meant to be played and we encourage folks to keep it at their desks, break room, lunchroom, etc as a way to spread joy to others in the space they work. But we're not gonna like spy on them or anything.
  
  
• How do they get their prize? Winners will be contacted via DM or email, or we will ask you for a contact if you nominated them.
  
  
• Is this really free? What's the catch? It's really free. What do we look like?
