Refund policy

Refund Policies: If a product is shipped and received defective, we will be happy to provide a replacement, or a full refund if a replacement cannot be done. Once tracking determines that the order was sent and received, no refunds can be given unless there is a problem with the order. This is to protect us and you in case of fraudulent order activity.

NO REFUNDS for in-person/pop-up shop/convention sales.

Return Policies: We stand by our games. If you tried to play and truly did not like a game to the point where you regret your purchase, we'll offer a full refund if returned within 30 days or an exchanged for equivalent product (customer pays shipping). Contact us and we'll get it sorted.

Preorder Items: Preorder items are not yet released, and release dates are subject to change. An approximate release date is listed in the item's description. You may request a full refund for any preordered item that has not yet shipped.
